A reasonable level of fitness is required to walk in and out of the gorge. The walkout is equivalent to climbing a 70-story building; there are rest stops and drink breaks on the way, and rafters can go at their own pace.
Clients need to declare any health issues and medication before they raft.
All valuables should be left in your hotel safe. Anything that isn’t waterproof.
We provide life jackets. If you can’t swim, we ask clients to inform the trip leader.
