This was a temporary lapse of sanity to do the bungee jump from the 13th-highest bridge jump in the world. What an adrenaline rush for hours after the jump! Once we were airborne, the fear vanished, replaced by a thrilling sense of weightlessness. We were free, enjoying the sensation of a free fall, soaring through the air like birds. The 111-meter drop, a mere four seconds, felt like an eternity. There was a slight jerk at the bottom, then a few bounces until we were still hauled up and met by a friendly employee to return us to the bridge. It's no wonder people get addicted to these types of adventures! I am a 65-year-old grandmother and would do the jump again. Give it a try, the staff is friendly and eases your fears.
